To make an appointment or to find out more information, you can contact the telephone number given. This is a 24-hour service and if your call cannot be taken there will be an answer phone to take your message. There will be a response to your call as soon as possible. If you have to leave a message on the answer phone, we will only speak to you when we call you back. We will not leave a message.

Your initial assessment will be made as quickly as possible, and during this meeting your counsellor will negotiate the need for further sessions with you. These meetings will take place at the counsellor’s place of work.
